Occlutech has obtained CE mark approval for its Perimembranous ventricular septal defect (PmVSD) occluder. The device is a specifically-designed implant indicated for the minimally invasive closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defects.
Occlutech’s PmVSD Occluder consists of a flexible nitinol wire mesh with “shape-memory” properties. Occlutech´s proprietary technology is intended to allow for the creation of products with unique properties regarding flexibility and adaptability.
