Blue Medical announces appointment of new CEO

On 23 August 2012, Blue Medical announced the appointment of Noël Coopmans as Blue Medical’s CEO. Noël Coopmans brings more than 15 years of relevant business experience to his new role. Former CEO and founder of the company, Ronald AM Horvers, will continue to serve as CFO and CTO. The appointment followed the introduction of Blue Medical’s new drug-eluting technologies in March of this year and the development of additional coronary and peripheral applications.
