APC Cardiovascular has announced the acquisition of Precision Surgical, a specialist in high-quality surgical instruments and retractor systems.
Founded in 2007, Precision Surgical has earned a reputation as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of surgical devices to the NHS and private hospitals, a press release from APC Cardiovascular states. Its portfolio spans all major surgical specialities, with particular expertise in microsurgery, ear, nose and throat (ENT), orthopaedic, neuro, cardiac and vascular surgery.
This acquisition combines APC Cardiovascular’s expertise in cardiac surgery with Precision Surgical’s broad surgical portfolio, enabling APC to offer customers an even wider choice of products, across other hospital departments, the press release adds.
