At a roundtable organised by Cardiovascular News, with an unrestricted educational grant from Medtronic, interventional cardiologists Alexandre Abizaid, Azeem Latib and Sigmund Silber discuss whether the current US and European guidelines on the duration of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) for patients with stable coronary artery disease treated with drug-eluting stents (DES) should be revisited. Flavio Ribichini moderates the discussion.

In the first part of the webcast, Abizaid presents the past and current guidelines.
